Question Value of County Lancaster 49 Homeguard Enamel Badge

Hello again

I am looking to sell and thus find out the value of this County Lancaster 49 Homeguard Pin/Badge.

I attached 2 photos.

What does the 49 mean on the badge?

I don't know the year just told approx 1960s.

Probably WW2 and 49th Lancashire ( Manchester ) Battalion mufti/old comrades badge.

Interested in all aspects of militaria/military history but especially insignia and history of non regular units with a Liverpool connection

Members welcome in my private Facebook group “The Kings Liverpool Regiment ( 1685-1958 )”
