Impeall German Prize badge

A gift today from a tradesman doing a job at my house who knows I collect Military odds & ends.

An Infantry 1898 Best Marksmanship Company badge, from what I understand could only be worn for one year! but if you know more please let me know.

The competition ceased in 1918.
