Exclamation ID Please - Royal Engineers Regimental Badge

The attached picture is of my great uncle [Arthur Edward Short], he was in 50 Northumbrian Division as a TA Sapper. I have his WWII medals and a watch he was wearing [which stopped during in the sea during evacuation at Dunkirk]. He went on to El Alamein. I would like some help in identfying the Regimental Badge he is wearing in this picture - Dolphin/Fish/Tank? on two coloured wavy stripes; the picture was taken 0n 21 Apr 1941 in Gateshead, Tyne + Wear. Would appreciate a specific regimental identification or access to a complete listing of RE WWII badges + pictures.

The picture is too small. Can you re-post an enlarged version.

Default Thats it II Corps + Dunkirk Evacuation!

Thanks for your help, the badge under a magnifying glass is certainly II Corps; tried to rescan and increase size - but the quality not good enough to post here.

Anyone know where I can get a II Corps Badge as I would like to mount with his medals, watch + capbadge?
