What manufacturer is this and is it real photo not great colours sorry

Whilst a poor looking badge, I assume the very fresh and very fake looking markings were meant to represent Jennens & Co and S for silver

Note the identical font and same top heavy ‘S’. A very modern fake and one for the bin I’m afraid.

As JBBOND says it’s pretending to be a Jennens & Co badge but is nowhere near the quality of the real thing. Also 3 loops for this badge is both incorrect and unnecessary.
