MESOPOTAMIA - AUSTRALIAN CAMEL CORPS?

Hi all, I picked this up with a bunch I got recently, as a bonus. I absolutely have no clue what it is or it's origins, but thought as mentioned it might have something to do with ANZAC involvement in the middle east in the Great War.

Any thoughts would be welcome.

Given the very non-ANZ uniform more likely to be associated with the British elements of the Imperial Camel Corps.
