Default Shoulder title ID help





Hi, can anyone ID this shoulder title?
C.P.R (50mm, Blackened bradd)

Would guess either Cape Peninsula Rifles or Ceylon Planters Rifles.

Also, Period of use?
Any help much appreciated.

Did Canadian Pacific Railway ever have shoulder titles for conductors, rail police, etc? The acronym CPR is well known to most Canadians...
