Somalia Gendarmerie headdress flash
Does anyone have an example of the cloth flash worn on bush hats and the “turbans” of the rank-and-file of the Somalia Gendarmerie they would be willing to share an image of, as I’ve not yet seen one in other than black-and-white photographs? It is described as a felt rectangle, worn portrait, and divided vertically green - white - green, measuring 54 x 58mm:
