Very nice and I like the senior NCO badge . Also can you say which unit is which badge ???

Can you also show rear of badges as I now see that my "grey backing with white circle is now from the rear on a tan back ground and yellow circle must have faded from the front .

Hi Jack
Seen the back of your faded badge, I would think it is same/similar to your initially posted badge.

Not sure what you refer to as a senior NCO badge, but if it is the one with the bullion thread, then as far as I was aware that was only indicative of a different order of dress (i.e. #1 or best dress vs the yellow thread badge of service/battle dress)

Sorry,

I cant show the rears as they are not to hand.

The gold bullion ring is for SNCO's and replaces the yellow cotton of lower ranks.

A similar badge should exist in silver bullion for SNCO's in the Volunteer Force replacing their white cotton ring.

regards
