there are a set of replicas out that have the 1-2-3-4- feather setups...I'm sure you will be notified soon from someone who has more knowledge than me if it is one...

I believe it's a repro for various reasons, and I have been told the feathers fitted into a recess/bracket on the back, not soldered on as these appear to be.
