Default Brass ST Identity

I wonder if any of you Canadian collectors can help.
I am trying to identify some Canadian badges (which currently belong to another forum member) that include the following ST's.
I don't have many (!!) problems with the caps and collars etc but this ST has me stumped. Its the third one down from left - the one with the letters "WAC(I)". As I am at work I do not have access to my trusty camera, so this is all I have (the back is solid with x2 loops)
Fortunately I have the pre-WWI and post 1920 Mazeus - which has helped, but this one eludes me. I thought it may have been West Alberta..... but this could way off the mark. I am also assuming that it is Canadian....
Any help appreciated.
Many thanks, David
