Hi Clive,

I have been sending you emails and a PM recently trying to find out if the book I ordered in July has been sent. Could you please reply to my PM so I can at least ascertain where it may have gone missing?

Thanks

Paul

Hi Paul,
Sorry, but I haven't gotten any e-mails from you that I know of. If you can let me know your last name and where you live I will check out what happened. Also, use my back-up addy - service1@ca.inter.net

Hi Clive,

I've just sent you another email.

My name is Paul Manoel and I sent the first payment on the 16 Jul for the book and then received an email on the 24 Aug about additional postage which I sent.

I appreciate you chasing this up for me.

Regards

Paul

I just replied:
"Abject apologies Paul. The book was only sent about 10 days ago so I suspect you will see it in a week or so. The first book never came back so I imagine that it is lost forever."
