Default Anyone recognise this?

Can anyone help identify this cap, probably foreign, not a type I've come across.
Images not the best, cap is Navy Blue and piping and top is light blue.
Thanks Tony.

Hello Paul, the cap doesn't have a fold down peak or buttons to the flaps, so I'm not sure.
Thanks Tony.

Tony,

From its style of construction and how the piping runs I have a feeling it could quite well be French.

Regards,

Clay thanks for your help on this one.
Paul I've just translated 'Transmissions' from French to English as 'Signal Corps'.
Cheers Tony.
