Navy Rank Insignia - Unknown Country
Can anyone help me identify which country these Navy shoulder board insignias are from.

In use much earlier than that.. I believe c,1957/58 to 2002, though the ones you show with the lurex lions are c.1990's to 2002. Previously the lions were in gold bullion wire.

The lurex started coming into use around 1982 when the first cap badges came out in lurex. After that more badges and insignia progressively started coming out in lurex but I don't know exact dates. The Lurex on shoulder straps was definitely in use by late '80s.
