Dragons!

Dragons! Any ideas on this badge. Unlike anything I have seen for the Monmouthshire Regiment or Monmouth School, as the dragon is standing on a torse, not on ground and there are various differences to the wings, tail and feet.. 58mm high by 58mm wide.
