Default London Irish Title

I cannot find reference to this anywhere in my books or on the internet. London Irish Rifles shoulder title. Lugs to the rear are bent (I have learned the hard way not to fiddle). I understand it could be a 1930s issue? It came from a good source with a group of medals and ephemera to the London Irish. Any thoughts please?

Default LIR Shoulder Title

Seen here in wear during WWII. I've seen a larger version also. Yours seems to be a die cast version.
