Anodised REME collars - 2.lugs

Gents - bit of a random one this - but has anyone seen a pair of these before? I suspect early as there was a standardisation across anodised collars eventually to prevent damage/wastage to No.2 dress if soldiers changed regiment.

I have the details of the particular memo mentioning the standardisation to just 'one lug' on all collars, somewhere within WO32/16956 (I'll post it when I get a moment to wade through it.
