Default Seaforth title variations

A bunch of Seaforths. I suspect the top title is a cut down version of the second one?

Hi lettman, The top two titles in your image are post war issues. You are correct, the one is a cut down version. The colour of the titles was supposed to be buff on dark blue. The yellow embroidered titles are unexplained.
Ron, The embroidered title top left column is interesting. The backing is a tight weave white cotton?

Hi Bill, yes the title on the top left has a fairly tight weave cotton backing.

Thanks, Bill and 48th. Was the cut down title actually worn that way?

I have never seen the cut down pattern in wear.
