Default Fife and Forfar Yeomanry

I think it's a Fife and Forfar Yeomanry Pouch. Is it possible to date it ?

Whilst I can’t help with dating, in my opinion (I’m not the expert here, however) I would agree that it’s a fife and Forfar pouch. Sorry I can’t be of further help.
