I agree Brian. Not sure if that is one of those USPS generated rates. The additional customs duties are not suggested so I don't think this is the GPS.

It's priority mail. A total rip off. I've sent 5 medals to South Africa with tracking and registration for AUD$25 (US$20).

It is very expensive shipping. Additional customs duties may be added based on the declared value.
