Thank you Bess for the photo.of the back of you gold LB&B.
The non seeded front is the same as mine but yours is marked mine isn't.
So you think it's a 1970's badge?

My guess would be that it is a much more modern, ( possibly even post 2000) anodised alluminium badge that has just had an incorrect anodised coating applied.

There are MANY examples of incorrect coloured anodised badges and to be fair and LB&B are one of the biggest culprits.
