Not “colour” belt during the period quoted Mike, but shoulder belt plate, from which was suspended the officer’s sword. A similar plate is used for the colour belt, but it’s not the same. The image enclosed shows two such SBPs, one for King William IV and one for Queen Victoria like that obtained by Andy.
