I don't think so. The Royal Madras Fusiliers were absorbed into the British Army as the 102nd Reg't long before brass shoulder titles were. Also, the title would be RMF or MF, as 'Fusileers' would not be followed by 'Regiment', I don't think. A bit of a mystery, but could be any British, Imperial or Commonwealth regiment. I'd look among British Territorial/Yeomanry regiments or similar units in the old Empire - Australia, and so on.

Good spotting, Graham!

Pakistan now has quite a number of units, military, police and para-military, which didn't exist in 1947. I've found one reference to the "MF Regiment" but can't get a handle on the full name. Possibly one of the para-militaries associated with the Frontier Force Regiment.
