Afraid that is a fake BP mark and fake badge, sorry.

Steve718,

The maid's hair should not come into contact with the wing. The exception to this is the later badge (WW2) which is a smaller version.

The badge looks more than a little odd, the letters, on the scroll, for example, it just does not look right.
Can you get a refund?
