Double collar badges
Members here who are also members of the Great War Forum may have seen KLR`s post about the Kings Liverpool Officer who is wearing his Kings Liverpool regimental collar badges and below them pioneer collar badges.
I cannot recall having ever seeing any pictures showing this before, the pioneer collar badges generally appear to have been worn in place of regimental ones. Has anyone seen pictures of this before for the Liverpools or for any other regiment ? P.B.

PB I have seen photos of officers of the 21st (Wool Textile) Pioneers Battalion of the West Yorkshire regiment wearing two sets of collar badges. Can't recall whether 12th KOYLI officers did the same???? OC14 |
