WM Suffolk Regiment KC TF badge

Hi all,

I recent pick up. A poor quality cast WM example of a KC Suffolk Regiment 4th TF battalion (post-1908) cap badge. It is a two piece badge with pins through the title scroll with lugs. Not one I have seen before. Is it a copy of an Officer's badge or senior NCOs, any thoughts welcome? cheers Dean
