I believe the Military Police CMPC title was in fact used as a collar badge, is this so and what are these approx valued at?

Sorry I cannot help with values at all as this is way outside my field. According to John Cameron's excellent site pertaining to Canadian Military Police. The CMPC was worn as a collar insignia. Here is a link to his site. Well worth the tour for certain.
