ROYAL IRISH REGIMENT
QUESTION: I seen a few of these silver collars listed for sale, it was my understanding that they were worn in facing pairs
However I only seem to see this side (as per photo) were they actually worn in facing pairs? were they worn at all? does anyone have a photo of a facing pair I could see and even better a photo of them being worn |

Yes most definitely worn, they are the officer's full dress collar badges (other ranks wore GM versions) and t worn in facing pairs. A link to an auction at Whytes, in Dublin assume the item is "Bone Fide" I'll see what else I can find.
