Can somebody please tell me who wore this puggaree?

Hi Phil,

Post WW2 in South Australia at least it was a practice for school cadet units to wear puggarees with coloured folds in school colours.

I did have two given to me as a younger bloke but not being of interest to me they were soon moved on. I do have a picture/newspaper clipping here somewhere of a cadet wearing one, I'll try and dig it out.

Thanks Keith, this one was among a box of military items I was given, there are three other different puggarees and lots of cloth badges and bullion badges, shoulder boards and brassards. This coloured one interested me and I have found some writing inside it. "Reg/Sigs Instructor".
