The school badge is in use in 1938 so it's likely that they, as many schools did, changed to their local regiment circa 1941 when the Junior Division OTC changed to the Junior Training Corps.

Many school kept their old OTC badges (even with OTC titles) so there was no hard and fast rule on what the JTC wore.
