Default Botha, CTH, De Wet Rgt titles

Three different titles on the usual orange flashes (quite mothed, alas!): Botha Regiment, Cape Town Highlanders, De Wet Regiment. I am just wondering whether both the Botha and CTH would have worn their separate regimental titles while serving in their respective combined units: First City Regiment - Cape Town Highlanders and Botha Regiment - President Steyn. I guess the combined title ILH-KR was a kind of exception? What would the combined regiment Witwatersrand Rifles - De La Rey Regiment wore on their shoulder orange flashes? Would they have worn a combined arm title, following the pattern of their WR-DLR cap badges? Rosignoli has produced a drawing of a horizontal pattern combined title, but this seem to be the output of speculations, rather then an attested specimen... what is your knowledge about this issue, gentlemen? Thank you in advance!

So no infos available concerning possible combined First City Regiment - Cape Town Highlanders and Botha Regiment - President Steyn shoulder titles? Could possibly the WR-DLR combined cap badge have been worn as a shoulder title?
