Hi Phil,
I would say its maybe not as old as it looks, maybe last 20 years or so - that's based on ones that I have in my collection with provenance from the people that have physically purchased them from new. Value, £15~£20 I'd say, but possible to make £20+ with a good headwind and a couple of people looking to fill a gap, or pull together something for a display. Best Wishes Dave
