Default Queens Own Highlanders cloth cap badges

Hi folks

Your comments please,

Here are two cloth QO Highlanders badges, the first one I s black on green and measures 7.5 x 4.5 cm and I'm almost sure this a cloth cap badge worn on the Hats, floppy at some point.

The second one is causing me some problems, I have seen this many years ago described as worn by the Regiment on its Hong Kong tour on floppy hats.
I finally tracked one down which, is also in fact marked on the back to this effect but what surprised me was its size, more like a sports badge than a cap badge.
9.5 x 7.3 cm

Regards
Sean

Sean,
I have this one, described (with additional information from a Forum member) as Queen's Own Highlanders Jungle Hat badge worn by the 1st Battalion in Hong Kong in 1980/81. Some older members of the battalion also wore this flash when the battalion were posted to Belize in 1987 (there is a photo in Soldier Magazine that confirmed this).

Not seen the other badge before and may well be a sports badge.

Tim
