Default WW2 CANADIAN MADE RAF PILOT WINGS ?

Flat RAF pilot's wings. Canadian made?
Thoughts welcome.
Thank you,

An interesting shape, but fairly standard British made. The wings themselves are pretty common style, the backing cloth slightly unusual in shape.
