RAF 'SEAC' Command Titles

Can anyone give a definitive explanation for the use of the SEAC (South East Asia Command) titles we frequently see, such as this example?

Ive never seen any photos of them in use, paperwork referring to them or anything else, and in no other area is a 'Command' title worn.
