Unidentified badges, one with arabic

Can any one help identify these two badges, the Arabic one I think is for a Warrant office / senior NCO but I can't identify the crown.

The second I have no idea.

These are the only photos I have, hopefully they are clear enough.

By the shape of the crown I'd say the first badge is from Persia.
