Looks a one piece cast fake, the lines that run down through the lug are where the mould seperates allowing the lugs to be cast with the badge, another like this is the national motor volunteer's but this time with the blades cast in.

I agree that the RB is a fake. Nothing like what one would expect for an Edwardian silver badge. The lugs have the type of feet that I avoid.
