Is this original chaps please and from what period ?the associated items would suggest 1980s many thanks

Not an issue beret, private purchase. Imperial sizing would suggest early to mid 70s

I know the beret is private purchase, but would the 6 3/4 measurement stamp be correct rather than metric sizing or possibly both?
