Genuine WW2 Belgian title?

Hi guys,
I recently purchased a small collection of modern day Belgian para-commando badges. This shoulder title was among them. Style and size are a lot like the titles in Peter Taylor's book (page 60). Any ideas if it could have been worn by commandos from no. 10?
