Default Pembrokeshire Royal Artillery ACF or something else ???

As the title suggests, is this the formation sign for Royal Artillery units of Pembrokeshire ACF (see Waring Pamphlet No2 item F 95a) - not identical but Waring's is a line drawing and the colours are correct. Any opinions gratefully received.

I know this is an old thread, but I asked about an almost identical badge which the best match I could find was Radnor ACF -see pair below- whilst for Pembrokeshire ACF RA I have the single shown below
