Parachute patch ID help please

Hi could any one help ID this parachutists patch looks to be printed or painted on Khaki, Many thanks in advance

Parachuter does not appear to be British military term and the chevrons would suggest that it might bean american patch. That said, the quality is very poor and the badge may have been made for a 'toy' uniform in the 1950's or 60's.

I'd suggest that 'parachuter' may have been used deliberately in making a toy/costume so as not to offend real parachutists / paratroopers. I agree that it's likely US, not UK made.
