Default RAOC by T and S (QE2)

Picked up the badge in the pictures this morning at a local Antique Fair, the gilt finish is very bright, the central silver sheild is a seperate piece and the slider is riveted onto the badge and is marked T and S.

I have a feeling these badges may have been the subject of an earlier thread but a number of searches on the Forum dont find anything.

Can anyone please tell me anything about the badge ?

Thanks

P.B.

Default RAOC by T&S

Peter,

I think it is just an early version anodised badge, made when the sliders were rivetted on. I also have one.

No doubt Chris (Hagwalther) will fill us in with details in due course.

Stephen.

Nice badge with the rarer non brass (or A/A) slider.
