Can anyone identify this badge for me please? I know I've seen it somewhere, but no idea where. Its approx 50x35mm, pressed, with two lugs and chrome

Appreciate that, thanks. I thought it may have been UK police, but never considered the prison service. I was cataloging my own NZ collection when I 're-found' it, so lucky I didn't list it as NZ, otherwise it may have thrown the forum into a spin in thirty years!
