A letter to POW 1918
Hi All, I have been given today a letter from Buckingham Palace dated 1918
to Private W.Gordon Dye 710172 It looks like a hand written, but printed letter saying welcome home from captivity. Can anyone tell me which Regt W.Gordon was in. Thanks Andrew. |

Hello Andrew, I also have one of these letters sent to one of my Great Uncle's, I was informed that although it appears hand written by King George V they were as you say printed? Tim.
