Ian's wonderful rifle green backed glider trained infantry badge reminded me I have one with a dark blue or possibly faded black backing.
Any idea which particular unit wore this? |

Black backed badges are associated with the post 1959 (amalgamation) Staffordshire Regiment. So could be from the South Staffords when in the WW2 glider infantry role?
