Default Canadian Guards
Canadian Guards Warrant Officer Class I and Colour Sergeant insignia with a standard WO I badge for comparison.

Only RSMs of the battalions of Canadian Guards and the Depot were allowed the large coat of arms rank, not as WO1s. Those WO1s wore the small rank badge. But former RSM were allowed to keep the large badge after they left the position.
