Hi all this Badge I originally thought was an all one piece item in Gilding metal on the Flea-bay, just arrived Looks like it has been painted Gold at some point, before attempting any cleaning off it to see if W/M reappears and so revealing a Normal but broken badge, am I actually safe to do so?

Expect it to reveal W/M! All the best Billy
