RWF?

Can any ID this uniform. The GWF suggest the RWF. It appears to be pre WW1.

Unfortunately cant make out the collar badges well enough to be sure. It could be one of several regiments. It is the tunic itself that I cant quite make out. It is certainly Victorian as I believe by the 20th century, the collars were squared off at the closure and no longer had piping for infantry regiments. Also, the collar appears to be the same scarlet material is the body of the tunic, in other words, no facing color, which would be of course be dark blue for the RWF.
The cuffs also are pointed with piping, but the facing color is indistinguishable.
The shoulder straps have the grenade above what is presumably the title, but no luck there.
Cant make out the WBC on the Slade Wallace belt either, but they were usually GS pattern for ORs.

A few pennies worth.
Looks like the centre male part is a Lion on a QVC Crown.
The buttons appear to be the royal coat of arms. The rest is too blurred.

The photo film used at that sort of date often struggled to distinguish blue from scarlet. The rounded collar disappeared 1902 for regulars and made a comeback 1913 for a year.

He is indeed RWF. Just two fusilier regiments wore the plain and simple ‘universal grenade’ as their collar badge at that time, the RWF and the LF. The Royal facings confirm the former. His waistbelt clasp is the Union locket (DIEU ET MON DROIT) and button’s general service.
