So the man in the first post is from 1 LANCS currently stationed in Chester. He could have been an Afghanistan veteran who has been supporting the NHS for the last 6 months and was visiting a local supermarket in Chester in a rare spare moment..........

The brassard is smart and distinctive and worn with pride. Do we need to comment on anything else????
