The collection being sold has some gems in it but the prices are quite silly.

It may well be a long time before another one of these is seen: the relatively small size of the unit, the short period that is was worn, the lack of unit title on the badge and the fact that it is a relatively dull design means there cannot be many left.

Quite a nondescript badge too. Can easily imagine it being sold on eBay as ‘owl badge’ by someone without the knowledge. Makes it all the more difficult to track such badges down even when they are listed that once in a blue moon.
