Been there a few times - great real ales for sure. I have an idea there was (may still be) a barber's in the pub too. From memory the Pizza menu was military themed - in fact here is an extract from the website: Guardsman, Leading Hand, Corporal, Paratrooper ...

I wonder how well all that militaria will "weather" being displayed like that - at least it won't be getting all yellowed and gummy with all the fag smoke like these things did before smoking was banned in pubs etc.
Remember a few decades ago when it seemed every country pub had badges and WWI medals tacked to the rafters?
Closest pub around near me with anything like that left nowadays is at Great Stukely, RAF and USAF cloth patches and adhesive stickers stuck on a rafter.

There used to be a pub in Rochester called the North Foreland, a real old sailor's pub, as most pubs in Chatham and Rochester once were. It was full of cap tallies, badges, ship's crests, and other memorabilia dating back to the Great War,

We used to go to the Rochester Market on a Saturday and then spend the afternoon drinking in the North Foreland. The landlord was very protective and despite receiving some generous offers for various items wouldn't part with anything.

The pub changed hands and when it reopened, it was gone. A hundred years of history in a skip.

Looking at this review I am not sure if it is even still open.

It looks like it has now gone.

It did have a barbers at the back but it's gone now.

There was this, replete with politically incorrect relics.

When in London I usually hit. The Sherlock Holmes Pub near Trafalgar Square, which was also near our hotel. Met some very nice people there too!
